Envision South West is a partnership between Chris Dowker and John Hunter. They established Envision based on their 40 plus years in the construction industry and a shared vision to deliver the benefits of a high touch, bespoke project management and construction service for the South West of England.
At the heart of Envision is a philosophy which always puts the client first. An approach which is reflected in the bespoke,design-ledd and high-quality projects Envision helps clients to successfully execute.
Conception
Envision are focused on helping their clients form and execute their vision. With a wide network of contacts in the industry and a pragmatic approach to the most complicated projects, Envision passionately believe that they are able to provide valuable guidance and know-how from the very first stages of the construction cycle.

Construction
The experience of the Envision team is critical to the successful outcomes of our projects. The team is dedicated from the start to provide insight and guidance at the design phase which will seek to identify and mitigate potential problems as the construction progresses. The team can address the full spectrum of client concerns, providing input on materials, design, techniques and subcontractors throughout your projects.
Completion
Envisions projects do not end when the construction completes, the team is on hand to deal with all aspects of handover and any additional works required.
